At BALLN Apparel, every item is printed to order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Preference changes

Please review our size guides carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll organise a replacement immediately.
